Don DeCosta and other IMS list users,

 

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. This list is monitored by 
Rockliffe Support, however we have not been seeing the delivery failure reports 
because they have been going to our SPAM trap. 

 

The issue that was causing the reports to be sent to the list has been resolved 
so you should hopefully not see any more reports of this nature. 

 

We will continue to monitor the situation for the next couple of days to ensure 
any further configuration errors are resolved.
