Hi, I am Mac book user from Bangalore. I have installed Audacity software for mac on my laptop. We use this to record calls for both inbound and outbound calls.
I use radio shack along with the software to do the same. When i record any conversation and play it later, i can hear only what i speak, but not the voice of the other person. I am using the same Audacity software on a windows machine and using a radio shack to do all recording, i am able to do it without any problem. As we use only MAC at office, i need some solution on how to make this work. Can anyone assist on this on immediate basis. Regards, Manjunath
