one option is this ...

open your ADDRESS BOOK
SELECT ALL CONTACTS
EXPORT AS VCARD and save it on your desktop
then send that vcard file via bluetooth to your moto v8.


another options is...
Found a "temporary" trick until hopefully the phone gets handled by
iSync.

1- launch the bluetooth file exchange: +shift+B
2- Select all of your contacts from your address book (sometimes only
99 contacts at a time work)
3- drag and drop them on the Bluetooth icon in your dock
4- accept the transfer from your phone

You'll find all of your contacts in your phone's address book
