Thanks for the responses and inputs... - wma to mp3 does not work on Mac iTunes... it works only on Windows iTunes - other than this, my major issue is that any downloads for any software needed from download.microsoft.com continue giving the same message "Can't open the page because it can't find the server " download.microsoft.com". - This is true even for the Microsoft Office Updates...
