Your 2 emails are unclear as to whether you are using Windows through
Boot Camp, Parallels, or both. If both, is Parallels using the Boot
Camp partition, or is it a separate partition? If you already have a
Bootcamped Windows installed, you should simply configure Parallels to
use the bootcamped Windows.

I am not entirely sure, but I think the size of a bootcamped Windows
cannot be changed without re-doing the entire process of using
Bootcamp Assistant to remove and reinstall Windows. You could always
backup your data in Windows or use WinClone to clone Windows, then
remove the Bootcamp partition through Bootcamp Assistant, re-do the
installation of Windows, and finally restore the cloned Windows image
(or data) back.

The size of a Parallels partition can be changed via the Image Tool
utility under Parallels 4.0, but I would NOT use this utility if
Parallels is using the Bootcamp Windows partition. Better to use the
method in the previous para.
