[imug-users] transfering contacts from address book to any nokia pone

hi everyone , I have been using an iphone from some time so all my addresses
r synced with address book of my mac , now the iphone is giving problem so i
want change , but want to wait till the iphone 3g s comes to india , in the
mean time can some one suggest if i can transfer my contacts in all nokia
phones , and how
