your date &time in one plate form right not both plate form its default

hi,
i am having dual operating system(win xp and 10.5) installed in may macbook.
windows xp is installed with the help of bootcamp.
i am facing an issue that when ever i boots/switches into mac from windows or
vice versa, the date and time resets.
anybody have any idea on this issue.
