Hi Gaurav ,

1. Reset P-RAM ----> Keep holding Commond+ option + P + R when you turn on the 
machine and keep holding it till you hear the start up sound or the chime 
thrice and then let go .

2. Reset Firmware ----> Depends on the Machine . refer apple.com/support/

3. If the above 2 doesn't work , The super Drive has to be replaced .
