I've used MTNL. It's good but gives 300/400kbps as again 3G speed of 700/1000kbps. Speed is good. I've heard BSNL is better. If you use BSNL card in MTNL or visaversa, there are extra charges for data and i think calls. I've stopped using it since more than a month now. Coverage is better of MTNL now in Bombay.
