For Full Screen of any app window in a mac, use any of the following tools:
1. Better Touch Tool (this is free and this is the one i recommend and use) : Lots of features including windows snapping. Just drag the window to the top of the screen to completely maximise it (width AND height). Other features include custom trackpad gestures ... and frankly too many to list here. Get it here : http://download.cnet.com/BetterTouchTool/3000-18491_4-75054737.html 2. Cinch : You can drag any window to the top of your screen to completely fill the screen with maximum width and height. Similar to win 7. 3. Right Zoom : This allows you to right click on the + button to maximise a window ala windows, by maximising the height AND the width.
