Dear Manoj,

There is no need to create partition on the time capsule for backing up 
multiple machine or multiple backup.

What you can do is while setting up the time capsule you can configure users on 
time capsule means for each machine there will be separate user so each machine 
will backup theme selves in their own user.

OR even if you do not create a user still you can directly start backing up 
your multiple machines on time capsule and here comes the smartness of the time 
machine application that it keeps a track of all the backups and identifies 
that which backup file is for which machine if there are multiple backup files 
in same location of time capsule.
