Having an intentional/unintentional dent on the ipad and not covered under 
warranty is understandable... But not repairable is the part which I don't 
understand... Were they planning to open the ipad or replacing it with a new 
one?

Hi friends just now I am facing a battery issue in my iPad after updated ios 5, 
I had send it to service centre but they said iPad has a dent on it so it's not
