It asks me to connect to the internet before I click on INstall which I did, but for some reason, it is not connecting to internet. I mean it is catching the WiFi signals but does not get the data signals. I have also tried connecting the lan cable, but even that does not help. My other windows laptop is currently connected to the same WiFi network at this time when I am writing for help which shows that my internet is working fine.
