Accessing mails on iphone means the need is for IMAP. I have my doubts if it will work on such large numbers.
How many GB does the 1 lack mail occupy? How many other mailboxes are there on the domain? How does the customer manage to go though 500 mails a day? Does one need to be able to filter and search / sieve through the 600 messages per day? What is the customer using today? Why does the customer want to switch? What are the customer's pain points using the current system? I hate talking of a solution without completely understanding the problem.
