Dear Neeraj:
I use a Time Capsule for backup from Mac, and I hv formatted one PC with Fat32 
which can be read by Mac, and on another PC I have installed Macdrive which can 
read HFS journaled drives and have also installed a program which reads NTFS on 
Mac. 
I would love to know a better and easier way than this.
