The LCD of this iPad has expired. There is no repairs for it. you have to get the LCD screen The Same thing happened with my 4S and nothing could be done about it.
I kept it for charge and in the morning i saw only vertical lines. Therefore do not waste you time in case you want to use this please go ahead and find a reliable person in your area to change it.
