If you still cannot connect, here’s what I’ll do— Go to the iMac, open the info for the home folder there. And check the permissions under there to make sure they are correctly set there. And just to be sure, I’ll use the gear icon and apply to enclosed items. I had to do that once when I could only access the top level items in the home folder and nothing inside of any of the sub folders. So see if that helps. (Just make sure you don’t remove permissions for yourself and apply to enclosed items, that would be kinda stupid :) It is a little risky as we are changing permissions for the home folder but it is alright if you are alert and aware of what is happening.)
