You can have both like Vinit said. Parallels allows you to virtually run 
windows inside mac but it works better when you have more ram. If you don't 
need to have windows apps and mac apps running at the same time, it is better 
to dual boot using Bootcamp. That way you start windows when you're in office, 
thereby allowing you yo do everything you do now and when you come home restart 
and boot into mac and do everything on your mac as you do now. Bootcamp I think 
will work better for you. Instead of having two machines, you'd have two 
systems on the same machine.
