*Infrastructure management and support teams*: - The application packaging and deployment who is responsible to get the Software packaged (not development team) and deployed. - They currently use Casper tool to package the software and JSS tool (like SCCM for Windows) to manage the deployment infra and deployment of packages to user machines globally. - This team will also responsible for patch deployment and bulk application deployment and to support users for any issues with application or OS on their MAC devices. - 12-13 participants in a batch and will have to do on weekends and your premises as classroom training. *Casper tool Essentials:* - Installation, setup, and configuration of macOS and iOS devices - Ownership and permissions (POSIX, ACE/ACL) on macOS and iOS devices - Security for macOS and iOS devices - Introduction to the Command Line Interface (CLI) for macOS - Introduction to the Jamf Software Server (JSS) - Building and managing content (.pkg, .mpkg, and .dmg packages; apps, files and directories) for deployment to macOS and iOS devices - Configuring the user environment (Configuration Profiles,.plist) - Basic scripting overview (Bash) - Enrolling macOS and iOS devices using the Device Enrollment Program (DEP) - Purchasing and distributing App Store Apps using the Volume Purchase Program (VPP) - Initial setup and refreshing/reimaging macOS and iOS devices Those interested, please get in touch with me.
