Even I do face same issue on my 7+ with service provider airtel but at the same
time on my 5S and SE I can do the conference call without any problem with the
same service provider and same version of iOS.
Have taken to apple care on this but they seems to be clueless less on this
issue what they have said wait for the new update and if problem still there do
call and update.
