I have recently became aware of a position within your organisation which duties i feel i amy be able to fulfill, the first team managers job. i am currently studying Media but aim to be finished in two years i feel i can balance both my studies and the job at the same time, with the correct coaching staff. i am aware the difficulties my predecessors have had with finance and controlling unruly players but i feel i have one thing in my favour that all of the previous managers lacked, i work in a bar. i am used to dealing with unruly and drunken customers all the time and would find working with players rather easier than trying to ask customers to leave at 1.30am after they have been drinking since opening time. my level of discipline is firm and sometimes unfair but i am never wrong. I also have vast experiance in the realms of Championship Manager on the PC and XBox, taking Hull City from Division 3 to the Premiership in four seasons, impressive by anyones standards, i am currently managing Celta Vigo in Spain and have them comfortably in a Champions League spot without spending much of the clubs cash.
