FLASH MOB - FROM RED ISSUE FORUM anti-glazer action - put up or shut up this point was made at the imusa meeting the other week and has now been discussed and given the go-ahead. all you on here who have been dying to help out in this have absolutely no reason not to do the following. you've all talked the talk on here, now it's time for action. basically to have any real effect on glazer we have to adopt the right strategy. clearly if we could put pressure on nike and/or vodafone (it's their sponsorship money he's chasing after all) they will in turn be set against the takeover. with that in mind it has been suggested that united fans "flashmob" the megastore on matchday. if it's full of anti-glazer utd fans in there no customers will get in (security won't breach fire safety rules on capacity). with no customers in there nike won't be making any money and they won't be very happy having stumped up for this big contract with utd. security can't stop you getting in - how can they differentiate between megastore customers and those just going in to "look around". if they do try and stop you, in effect a picket line forms at the doors. everyone should get there for 2pm and stay for the duration. if you can't give up two hours of your time for this then what? put up or shut up. megastore, 2pm sunday.
