Hi All,

Has anyone put together the total cost to the Glazer-gimps of their latest
"offer"? ie

What is their current 28% stake costing them in interest payments?
What is the cost of the 300m senior debt in repayments per year? (I've heard
20m a year for this bit alone)
What is the cost of their 270m in "preference shares" eg what are the various
costs of aquiring this debt and their associated repayments?

Is this the second "offer" of 300m debt + 270m pref shares already 70m more
than the rejected first nibble?

BTW Anyone able to confirm this bit from one of the Sundays ? "It is
understood that much of the bid work being carried out by JP Morgan is being
directed from its small office in Dublin rather than its London-based
operation."

Cheers
Rich
