I believe the webhook checks every commit, so if one of the commits (say
the first) is unhappy, then it may require a new PR. The other option
is to force push to eliminate any commits which didn't have the right info.
Also, have you using the Git sign-off flag (git commit -s)?

Did you try making a minor change to the PR commit and pushing it to
the branch?
As far as I know, PR checks are triggered on new commits (essentially
on push events on the branch).
