The wiki's footer, along with the history solves the copyright statement issue. We could probably do better, but that information is an adequate hook for hunting down the actual identities of the copyright holders. The Website Terms of Use [1] cover the licensing.
Where it gets interesting is when you harvest information out of the wiki for other purposes. When you pull out the raw content without the frame, you lose the hook, so you need to provide that information in some other manner.
