I am trying it for Winery. See
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=520862. The current
state is that the build is integrated in GitHub and starting on
demand. I still did not quite work out how to configure Jenkins
completely.

For the impatient, an alternative would be CircleCI 2.0, which doesn't
seem to have these limits.
