Hello all,
We would like to request volunteers for decorating LaSells Stewart
Center at 8 a.m. on Sunday morning, and Ch2M Hill at 10 a.m. For those who
volunteer for more than 3 hours will recieve performance tickets for free
in the balcony of LaSells, and you shall recieve dinner after the program
if still available for free.
Rehearsals will start at noon and EVERYONE must be there in order
to be in the final program later that night. If you are not there, you
will not be able to participate in the event. LaSells requires we go
through the whole program once before the actual program. If you are not
there to do your part, we cannot allow you to be in the program because we
will have no clue how to prepare for your event. Also, bring a copy of
your tape that you will use for your peformance because we will be keeping
that copy for the actual program.
We would like to request volunteers for serving lines during
dinner at the Alumni center from 4:30 - 6. For those who can help, please
arrive at 4 p.m.
We would like to thank Japanese Students Association for ushering
for the entire event in LaSells Stewart Center.
If nothing else, please come and we will find something for you
to do.
