INDIA DAY '99 SELECTION RULES:
 India Day '99 Entertainment Committee selects performers
 No single item should be more than half an hour (exceptions may be
made on a case by case basis)
 Quality performance is expected from every performer
 Complaints regarding selection process should be directed to the
ICA Board and not to the Entertainment Committee
 Decision of the ICA Board is final
 ICA reserves the right to deny participation in the selection
process without recourse to appeal to expedite the selection process.
 If more than one performer or group contest for the same program,
ICA members will be given the priority.
