It seems that Claims Administration Services is out of buisness and their phone number
has been taken over by Reliance
which does not handle cases for NCS. Reliance gave me two numbers 888 293 9229 -
Administrative Concepts Incorporated and
800 823 4890 -Brown and Brown - one of these could be handling NCS. It seems NCS has
not made this information available
to its customers..causing a lot of problems. Also I have not been able to get hold of
anyone at NCS and voice/emails have
not been returned. Please be careful if you have any medical claims to settle with NCS
- it may turn out to be quite an
ordeal. Good Luck.
