Along with what Rahul is saying, so are you trying to say that any
person who volunteers (ie bug triaging, program maintainer, content
developer, documentation) has no accountability whatsoever. So if they
break something or it does work correctly, they can say, "oh i have no
time. let the next person who is complaining fix it." That is utterly
ridiculous.
