In recent times, along with what Rahul has mentioned above, the Campus Ambassadors Program <https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Campus_Ambassadors> has taken up the need to stimulate the students to participate and become valuable presence within The Fedora Project. As an Ambassador you'd be already aware of this.
