Hi all, I filed a budget ticket about 4 days back[1] for Fedora 26 release party in Coimbatore, TN. After filing the ticket, I was asked to get +1 of other ambassadors to get the ticket approved. apac-ambassadors issue tracker only has around 6 subscribers at the moment, and I cannot find any SOP that requests for +1s from other ambassadors for a release party to happen. Can someone point me to the wiki which defines this? Also, I don't understand why an ambassador will be -1 to any other ambassador conducting a release party.
