What i think would be very useful for the users (in general), would be a
"help" system integrated with the "knowledge base" of opensolaris forums. I
mean, a integrated app, running on the "panel", or on firefox search bar...
I did not see anything like that, but i think would be great. The
opensolaris forums are invaluable informations, with a lot of answers that
"per si" are documentation/FAQ. So, with a good search engine, the user
would be able to find the answer for questions, right on the desktop, and
quick.
 In the same topic, if would be possible, i think the opensolaris forums
should be organized in such way, the [SOLVED] topics become simple to find,
and sorted.
Sometimes a user ask about something that is on "documentation" or manual
pages, but give the answer for the user, or a link to the answer (like
sometimes happens on opensolaris.org), is a good thing.
