Actually, as it turns out 85% of the package is the online help in 13 languages, which is a bug in itself since l10n content should be in separate packages. The English help is only 7M and the rest of Gimp is 21M (both uncompressed sizes). So let me trim the Gimp package and see if we can still include it.
