The primary component in the new release that's become redistributable here is as(1). On the driver side, pcn(7D) is now redistributable although that obviously doesn't affect building ON. Right, the WBEM dependency is still an issue. At the very least, I believe that usr/src/cmd/Makefile needs to have its two references to "wbem" removed and usr/src/cmd/cmd-inet/usr.sadm/Makefile needs to changed to not descend into the "dhcpmgr" subdirectory.
