Regarding to English-Chinese dictionaries, as I have explained many times, there are legal risks to bundle any english<->chinese dictionaries provided on stardict.sf.net. If we could integrate stardict-3.x (in *GPLv3*), local dictionaries would not be mandatory, user is able to use network dictionaries (such as dict.cn).
