If you're in the "try" phase, where you're testing whether it works on your system and if you like the feel, it's less of an investment to start with the CD. We expect to create other media formats eventually, but for now the CD is where we're spending our energy, because it's the best match to the phase of the program we're in right now, which is trying to get the OS in the hands of as many people as possible.
