Not to be too pedantic, but 2008.11 isn't a different distro, it's a 
different release of the same line of distro development.

I don't think any of us is particularly attached to the Indiana name, 
but we aren't that motivated to make up another one, either.  Perhaps my 
previous reply was a little abrupt (sorry, Dennis) but 
opensolaris-discuss isn't a viable suggestion because it's already in 
use for a different purpose.

I'm not sure how your suggested topic is any different from the 
distribution community's mailing list, distribution-discuss.
