Hi,

There is no obvious way that the system could have got into this state
(acpi_drv's devinfo node *appears* to be NULL). It is possible that your boot
archive wasn't built or is truncated. Do the following:

1. Boot the Opensolaris Live CD

2. Mount the ZFS filesystem which contains this problem OS via "zfs mount"

3 Assuming mountpoint is /mnt, df -k /mnt to ensure you have sufficient space
on the root filesystem

4. Touch /mnt/etc/name_to_major

5. bootadm update-archive -R /mnt

6. Reboot system and see if this fixes your problem.

Do it following the right procedure "General instructions on updating
to the latest OpenSolaris development build" found here
http://mail.opensolaris.org/pipermail/indiana-discuss/2008-July/007579.html

It was announced with build93 but works well for 86 to 94 upgrade.
