This is a fact that denying it will not help.  Personally, from my own 
observations (& I am a leader of the zh-TW localization project), I think some 
of the communications, i.e., from users to the so-called G11N "experts", and 
from the G11N experts to other higher-ups in the Sun hierarchy, do have 
problems.  Of course you can deny it.  But I don't know how much that is going 
to help.

As Dave mentioned in a subsequent reply, this issue is going to be reviewed 
after the 2008.11 release.  Perhaps this is no problem at all, or perhaps this 
is already the best we can ever do, but I will be carefully watching how the 
November release is going to be accepted in the greater China region.
