Just to be clear: the GPLv2 does not require that that you include GPLed
source along with object code built from it, it requires that you do
that or otherwise "[a]ccompany it with a written offer, valid for at
least three years, to give any third party, for a charge no more than
your cost of physically performing source distribution, a complete
machine-readable copy of the corresponding source code, ..." See
section 3 of the GPLv2. If we chose (c) from section 3 we could also
include a URL, and in the very rare case that someone demanded the same
on physical media we could then provide it.
