on my installation OOo disappears, because /opt is empty after image-update. see http://www.opensolaris.org/jive/thread.jspa?threadID=81093&tstart=105 for problem statement. mounting the old be and copying the contents of /opt to the the active /opt directory and rebooting enables OOo on my system again. saw your beadm error (and some others), too. i think my update path went strange between some builds (initial install about may), so /opt doesn't get cloned in the correct way (though im no expert, i've no idea to solve it). performed an update from 100 to 101a on a remote mounted be, which worked (except of the /opt copy story), but i think i got the "unable to activate" in this update, too. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org _______________________________________________ indiana-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/indiana-discuss
