afaik. the license isn't the same as SS12.. SSX by default is restricted 
to evaluation uses only.. However, the real world perspective seems to 
be that they want it used for any purpose (even commercially) and that 
those using it register, give feedback and understand there's no support 
available for it.

I thought that everything on the os2008* release *was/is* 
redistributable though and that's one of the key differences between it 
and the software packaged with SXCE.. Anyway.. I have informal replies 
from off-list that helped clarify some of these questions.
