ncrs isn't driver for your multiserial board, it's for old LSI SCSI
adapters, so that message isn't relevant for you.

One of my serial port cards (and MosChip rings a vague bell) has the same PCIid as an LSI SCSI host adapter. One or other company isn't using PCIids correctly.
