I'm having a similar problem with VLANs on 109. Everything was working fine
with 108, but after upgrading to 109, via the pkg image-update command, none of
the VLAN VNICs seem to be working.

I've tried creating the VLANs with dladm create-vnic (specifying the -v option)
and with dladm create-vlan. Both have the same result, no outgoing packets
leave the interface. If I snoop on the interface I can see all the incoming
ARP and broadcast packets on the VLAN, including ARP packets destined for the
IP assigned to the interface, but no packets are sent out. The ARP table (arp
-an) shows entries for hosts on the VLAN, so I'm guessing that the interface is
receiving the packets correctly, but still no packets go out the interface.
The MAC address of the interface does not appear in the mac address table of
the Switch either, so I'm fairly confident it isn't just that snoop is missing
the packets.

This only effects VLAN interfaces. I have several VNICs created without the -v
option. These work, as does the interface (rge0) of the network adapter
itself. The VLANs work fine if I boot back into 108.

Is anyone else experiencing these same problems? Does anyone know of a work
around other than reverting back to 108?
