I eventually found anther proxy and already upgraded to 111.

But could you provide a snoop or wireshark log for the command "pfexec pkg
refresh" ?

I'll attach the snoop log if I encounter the same issue of B112 upgrade.
Or please let me know if you still want the log of the problematic proxy on
my B111 system.

I do; it might help us identify a possible workaround.

Was this a random public proxy you were using?  If so, can I access it?
