Oracle has not announced any such thing. Rumors of what hardware Oracle may or
may not be selling in the future are not the same as decisions on what hardware
Solaris supports or runs on, since it has always run on a wider range of x86
hardware than Sun/Oracle currently sells.

Future versions of "official" Solaris will be based on the OpenSolaris
code base.
