Below latest report about the NOC and for Saudia
Yoosuf Pachilampara
Dear Sir,
Greetings from G. Gheewala
Sub: Requirement of N.O.C.
This is to bring to your kind information that as per Saudi
Consulate Rule - Mumbai, for candidate arriving India on exit visa and
he wishes to travel again, N.O.C letter from his previous Saudi employer
was not required by the Consulate to stamp his visa but a candidate who
arrives India on exit re-entry and does not travel to Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia, his visa can be stamped after 2 years only.
The above rule has been now changed by the Saudi Consulate -
Mumbai. As per new rule a candidate who arrives India on exit visa and
wishes to travel again to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, he should hold
attested N.O.C. letter from his previous employer then only his visa
will be stamped by the Saudi Consulate or else his visa can be stamped
after one year of his stay in India.. Similarly, a candidate who arrives
India on exit re-entry and does not travel back to Saudi Arabia, his
visa can be stamped after 2 years only.
The above is for your kind information and record.
Thanking you with best regards,
M. F. Gheewala
G.M.
