Core Functional Accountabilities: Develop, review and asses appropriateness and effectiveness of IT security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures; Configure and maintain Juniper firewalls Configure and maintain application level firewall (NetContinum) Conduct security threat and risk assessment of IT facilities, applications systems and communications Identify potential areas where existing security architecture, policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future business evolution. Lead projects for protecting enterprise-wide information assets from intentional or unintentional destruction or modification. Develop and deliver security awareness training programs. Participate in networking planning and design Investigate cases of computer / communications misuse, unauthorized attempts to use network resources, and violations of computer security policies. Evaluate and assesses damage and / or loss of organization confidential data with ability to investigate facts, prepare reports to management and follow-up actions. Liaise with responsible agencies within IT to exchange latest information on computer technology and associated crimes. Evaluate security-related software / hardware; Support various security products including providing technical expertise; incident management; and on-call support.
