Al Yamamah College meets the demands of Saudi Arabia’s emerging economy by offering state-of-the-art, innovative academic programs of the highest quality. The college commits itself to helping students acquire both a deep understanding of practical business performance and the skills needed to compete in the modern business world. Positions start October of 2008 or during 2009. All positions require at least a Master’s in the discipline with the Ph.D. in the discipline preferred. Besides the facilitation of learning, faculty participate in academic advising, participate in professional development programs and departmental meetings, serve on college committees, and carry out other assigned duties. Applicants need at least three years of teaching experience in institutions (preferably international institutions) of higher learning at which the medium of instruction is English, the language of international business and of computing and informational technology. YC offers competitive salaries and benefits. For example, salaries at the Assistant Professor level start at $50,000 US. Benefits include furnished housing, medical insurance, roundtrip transportation, annual leave, education allowance for independent children, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia governmental holidays.
